• Zero Hidden Fees: Every consultation dakshina (₹151.00 INR) is a single, one-time payment. We never initiate recurring deductions or silent renewal charges.
• No Question Asked on Technical Errors: If a duplicate deduction or payment error occurs due to banking glitches, we refund the excess amount immediately without dispute.
• Direct Original Source Refund: All approved refunds are transmitted directly back to the original method used (UPI VPA, original credit/debit card, or net-banking account). We do not force you into unwanted platform credits or store wallets.

• Eligibility: If you book a consultation and decide to cancel before our administrative team assigns your birth chart to a Pandit (status: Payment Confirmed / Under Review), you are entitled to a full 100% unconditional refund.
• How to Trigger: Send an immediate email to support@astrosevak.com with the subject "Cancellation Request - [Your Order Reference ID]". Once confirmed, the order will be cancelled and funds reversed immediately.

When ordering energized Nepali Rudrakshas, consecrated natural gemstones, or 24K gold-plated Yantras from our Sacred Kendra:

• 100% Insured Transit Protection: If your relic is damaged in transit, shows cracked beads, or is lost by the courier company (DHL, FedEx, BlueDart), notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging. Astro Sevak will immediately ship an identical, fully consecrated replacement at zero additional expense, or issue a 100% refund.
• Independent Gemological Laboratory Purity Guarantee: Every natural gemstone and Rudraksha is dispatched with an authentic laboratory certificate. If an independent accredited government gemological laboratory proves the item non-natural, we issue a 100% full refund plus reimbursement of your laboratory testing fees upon return of the item.
• Consecration Non-Return Clause: Because each spiritual article undergoes an individualized, sacred Prana-Pratishtha pooja invoking the buyer's personal Name, Gotra, and Janma Rashi, items cannot be returned or cancelled once consecrated and dispatched, unless structurally defective or damaged in transit.

• Completed Consultations: Once your consultation has moved to "Assigned to Pandit" or "Completed", our Jyotish scholar has already dedicated extensive hours to calculating divisional charts, planetary sub-periods (Vimshottari Dasha), and writing tailored guidance. The ₹151 dakshina honors their dedicated human time and is non-refundable.
• Subjective Astrological Disagreements: Vedic astrology is an interpretative spiritual tradition, not a contractual prediction of guaranteed future occurrences. We do not issue refunds simply because a forecast does not match personal desires. However, if any aspect of the written reading is ambiguous, our Pandits gladly provide free follow-up clarification.
• Protection Against Fraudulent Chargebacks: We maintain comprehensive cryptographic audit logs (including server timestamped verification signatures, IP address records, customer form submissions, and email delivery receipts). If a user attempts a malicious chargeback after receiving their completed reading, these records are submitted directly to the acquiring bank's dispute committee.

   • Reason for refund (e.g. duplicate charge, cancellation prior to Pandit assignment, transit damage)
   • Supporting attachments (screenshot of duplicate deduction or photos of damaged packaging, if applicable)
3. Desk Verification & Payout: Our billing team inspects the ledger, approves eligible refunds within 24 business hours, and triggers the bank refund gateway immediately.

Once Astro Sevak approves and initiates a refund, the speed at which funds appear in your account depends on standard interbank settlement windows:

• UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM): Typically credited within 24 to 48 hours.
• Net Banking Transfers: Usually credited within 2 to 4 business days depending on your bank's NEFT/IMPS processing cycle.
• Indian & International Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners): Typically reflected on your card statement within 5 to 7 business days depending on your card issuer's billing cycle.
